There is an encrypted DCP we need to make a VF subtitle package according to this DCP, we have provided a encryption certificate to the film maker, but the other party said we need to provide a certificat chain, how should I do it?

Preferences -> Keys -> Advanced... (in the decrypting KDMs section). Then click "Export chain..."
