Summary0000549: KDM email ru_codepage problem
Description

In prefences window in kdm email tab I can see normal cyrillic text (in russian translation). But in a devlivered email meassage cyrillic text is unreadable (latin symbols are OK).

v 1.78.9 - problem still present. Maybe UTF-8 or Win-1251 can fix this?

I believe this is fixed in current versions; I just tried it and the email looks correct and has a part marked charset=utf-8 with the text inside.
