Summary0000523: File open dialog does not notice file changes
Description

I had opened & closed the “Open File…” dialogue, then renamed a
folder, and the application did not see the change. Like the OS-query
was only done once.

Tested DCP-o-matic 2 on OS X 10.8.5 and it seems to work fine; e.g. click "add file" then create a folder from terminal and it appears straight away in the open file dialogue.
