Summary0003138: Subtitle outline moves opposite to subtitles when applying Y offset
Description

When enabling subtitle area outline and applying a Y offset the outline moves in opposite direction (not outlining the subtitles anymore)

Steps To Reproduce
  1. New project
  2. Add SMPTE trailer with subtitles
  3. Check "Show subtitle area"
  4. Apply positive Y offset
  5. Subtitles will move up, green outline will move down, see attached screenshot.

Thanks for the report. That should be fixed in 2.18.38 (it didn't quite make it to 2.18.37).
