The ffmpeg CLI from the DoM 7.0.1 also gets this wrong (converting to PNG). Looks like the 8.0 branch is OK.

Fixed by backporting part of f45da79b2c336c5f8f3e563d72b8a22fecdcde0c as 693b3a8274ce407d0741d320849dc9433c748262 to the dcpomatic-7.0.1 branch of FFmpeg.
