Is it normal that the CLI version of the KDM Creator always creates KDMs for all the screens on a selected cinema even with the screen is passed with the -S option?

Unfortunately that -S option is a bit misleading, and doesn't do what you expect. I'll change that.

Thanks for the report! This should be fixed by 1e12bd69a8c7d46d54aa947debcf77230361f972 which will be in DCP-o-matic 2.16.25.
