Summary0002195: Main application crashes shortly after startup if the encode server is already running
Description

After the 32-on-64 hint. Without debug symbols Dr. Mingw says access violation reading from location FFFFFFFF. ntdll.dll!__RtlUserThreadStart@8

Seen on 32-bit windows, doesn't seem to be a problem on 64-bit.

Maybe it's if you deny the network permission? Appears not to be related to that.

Link of the --debug version fails with a load of missing glew symbols e.g. _imp____glewCreateShader

Bumping boost to 1.78.0 did not help.

Fixed the --debug version but it doesn't crash with that.

The non-debug version crashes in gdb with a segfault in handle_accept() but there's no more detail.

Trying a debug version without static linking - that doesn't crash either.

Rebuilt mxe rebased on their current master, which includes GCC 11, and it seems to fix it.
