Description

Just after launch, set Dual Screen.
And Shift+F11 not work.
Only Alt+Esc and disable from menu

The same seems to happen in Linux; after the _dual_screen->ShowFullScreen() nothing seems to get any events at all, as if the application has completely lost focus.

Also reporter on macOS monterey (but there Alt+Esc doesn't help).

34eb57979b5293ac3b864310f8fc8c77c26343e2 should fix it on Linux, and maybe other platforms too.
