Summary0001868: Remove "simple" UI mode
Description

This seems like it might be a good idea. I've seen lots of confusion caused by being in simple mode and being told to click such-and-such button that isn't there.

Nobody has offered any positive comments about it, although anybody that does use it is less likely to comment on how good it is.
