Easy enough to use the PDF for LaTeX (see pdf-screenshots branch). Might be nice to convert the PDFs to something that a web browser can render.

Seems tricky to capture menus; may be related to https://askubuntu.com/questions/1178974/take-vector-screenshot-focusing-the-window-before-taking-the-screenshot
which might also explain why PDF screenshots seem a little washed out (maybe they are unfocussed...)
