Description

DCP-o-matic should create the ATMOS channel 14 sync track as per ST-430-12.

  • does it also need to parse it? Seems unlikely, though maybe for checking.
  • somebody needs to create the bitstream
  • ATMOS DCPs need to be forced to 14-channel minimum and any existing signal overwritten
