Description

I think it's safe now to make SMPTE wrapping the default for new installs. At some later point in time, creating Interop could even trigger a hint. That could make users of existing installs with Interop setting to rethink that option.

New installs of 2.15.x default to SMPTE, and the Bv2.1 checks mean there should be a hint on making an Interop DCP.
