Summary0001480: Move certificate download accounts into to the cert download function
Description

I understand that in general, settings should go to prefs, but there is so much in general prefs already.

I would put them into each company's download tab, see screenshot.

Yup - much better now. The Certificate Download accounts tab under Prefs would be very confusing for 'ordinary users'.
