Summary | 0000573: Add inverse telecine using ffmpeg filters
Description | E.g. to convert from 29.97 fps to 24 fps for material that originiates from film. I have used "-vf fieldmatch, decimate" filters in ffmpeg to do this but it would be nice to have the option inside dcpomatic.
