Needs some nice solution to the mess of check content change job / make DCP; we have lots of cases

  • load a project in main DoM - check the files, if they've changed, run examine jobs for each, then stop
  • make DCP in main DoM - check the files, if they've changed, run examine jobs for each, then stop, otherwise make the dcp
  • make dcp in batch - check the files, if they've changed, stop, otherwise make the dcp (preferably all as one job)
  • make dcp in CLI - optionally check the files, if they've changed, stop, otherwise make the dcp (preferably all as one job)
