Summary0001930: Resolve confusion about subtitle language specification
Description

Carsten points out that in current 2.15.x a user might think: I can't specify subtitle language in the content tab any more, and I can't specify it in the ISDCF name tag any more, what do I do? The current answer is to specify it in the metadata, but that might not be too clear.

This might be helped a bit by removing the ISDCF dialogue as discussed in 0001929.

Perhaps we should put the language back into the subtitle content tab. Need to look up the motivation for removing it - possibly it was the SMPTE "main subtitle language" and "additional subtitle language" stuff. This may need putting into the subtitle content tab as well.

Another point in favour of the current approach is subtitles that are already burnt in - where do you specify their language? In advanced content prefs, I guess.
