Large sync error, sound leading picture; goes away if you seek; perhaps something to do with the ident that's been inserted after "metrodome distribution"?

Audio frame timestamps on stream 0000001 go from 13.759 to 14.431; that would presumably be enough (visibie with examine.py)

1833-frances-ha-sync has a fix which works for this example, but we could really do with some unit tests for this; not sure how. Maybe making a DCP of the first 2 minutes of the .mkv and comparing it with a reference would be enough.

Passes unit tests (with some added) and also the dcpomatic-test cases. Hopefully it's ok...
