Sorry Carsten. I too was mixing my terms "Track/Stream" vs "Channel" as you point out.
if the MXF checks out and each channel is individually audible in the DOM/Player, then yeah, onto troubleshooting the cinema system.

Could be something as simple as having the wrong preset selected on the processor. Play a channel ID test file if they have one.
