Summary0003165: "Side-by-side" view mode in PLAYER for 3D-DCPs
Description

DCP-o-matic 2 Player allows for switching between Left and Right Eye in "View" menu when playing back a 3D-DCP. It would be very useful if both eyes could be output at half their width in a side-by-side signal. Even without proper rendering of CineCanvas/XML subtitles, this feature would be helpful for testing 3D-DCPs.

Additional Information

(Note: besides most 3D-capable displays from the 2010-era, Sony's new ELF-SR2 3D-monitor also expects side-by-side on the input.)
