Summary0003105: Markers from multi-reel DCP are incorrectly imported
Description

The frame numbers of Bv2.1 markers in a multi-reel DCP CPL are relative to the start of the current reel.
When importing the markers from an existing multi-reel DCP, DoM treats them as absolute frame numbers. For example, a marker placed at the first frame of the third reel of content will be imported at the first frame of the first reel of the content.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Create a new project
  • Load a multi-reel DCP with FFEC and FFMC markers.
  • Right-click on the content -> Set project DCP settings from this DCP
  • Right-click on the content -> Set project markers from this DCP
