Summary	0003074: Better error with too many open files (and probably other errors)
Description	Someone got an error 24, and fixed it with `ulimit -n 1048576` but it took him a while to realise what the problem was.

carl 2025-09-10 10:26 administrator ~0007091	Also on Windows a `GetLastError()` giving 112 in asdcplib is "disk full". The 112 doesn't currently make it up to DoM though AFAICS (error was "could not write audio MXF frame -16).
