Summary0003054: Checking Audio to refer to on VF creation does not include IAB/Atmos 2.18.20
Description

When creating a VF for an IAB/Atmos OV, the VF includes (re-creates) the IAB/Atmos file, even if the "audio" box is ticked on the VF dialogue.
While it makes sense, an extra "IAB" box is necessary, for creating VFs that don't forcibly include the IAB files.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a VF for subtitling, supplementary to an IAB OV.
I haven't tried to make a VF that will not include -say- subtitles, but exclude them. (Like make an FR-XX VF for an FR-EN OV.)
