Summary0003007: CLI: j2k-bandwidth crash
Description

I've noticed since version 2.18.1 that --j2k-bandwidth 249 crashes on creation giving this error in console:
dcpomatic2_create: unrecognised option '--j2k-bandwidth'

I believe it worked on a much older version? 2.16.63 if memory serves worked with that CLI command.

This option is now --video-bit-rate. I updated the help and manual.
