Summary0002984: Verifier should report location of guard bit errors
Description

I think the general case of reporting where check failed could be improved... perhaps we need a set of potential "place" identifiers (DCP, CPL, reel, asset ID, frame within asset, reel etc.etc.) that could be filled and reported "as standard" by the front ends (instead of being a bit haphazardly woven into the error messages).
