I guess this is coming from _wfopen, 32 should be from GetLastError(); this is ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION 32 (0x20) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. |

Could also add a retry looking for this error (on Windows). |

Keeping the info file open seems to help. |

Merged info file fix to v2.18.1 branch, hopefully that fixes it. |
